I was under an extremely tight deadline to get my house sold at a time when market conditions were unstable and oil prices were increasing. Colleen was aware of this and worked diligently to make a sale happen. I also have several pets in the home and she made sure that any potential buyers were aware they needed to make sure doors were closed to keep them safe.
